BVS Electronics always conducts complete product overhauls including preventive measures. For example, BVS not only replaces the faulty components but also preemptively replaces those that are expected to wear out in a timely manner based on thorough analysis and years of experience. This ensures a consistent and high-quality level of service for you - especially paying off in the repairs carried out using manufacturer or legislator-approved original components.

In addition to original components, improved components are also used if parts can no longer be procured due to product discontinuation.

Within the framework of quality management and the adherence of repairs to the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, BVS supports you in ensuring that repaired assemblies fulfil the safety-relevant and legal requirements.

Test racks developed in-house are used for testing and repairing inverters. This allows automated load tests with solar field simulations to be carried out in the BVS test laboratory.

Permanent condition monitoring and subsequent commissioning of the plug-in units is carried out using software developed in-house. Software-based monitoring of the MPPT can also be guaranteed at all times.

Simulations under realistic conditions and tests under full load ensure that the modules can withstand even the harshest everyday operation.
