Before/after comparisons of our overhaul repair

Below, we’d like to show you some examples of how customer assemblies look before and after our comprehensive product overhaul. You’ll profit from advantages including but not limited to:

  • Product overhaul repairs for current, discontinued and legacy modules

  • Professional cleaning of modules before each repair

  • Thorough drying in the drying chamber to prevent short circuits

  • Use of new components authorised by the manufacturer or the legislator and enhanced components for repairs, so that your systems can keep their approval for operation

  • Function and load tests on original, manufacturer-specific test systems

All before/after comparisons can be found further down on this page.

When we provide overhaul repair service, available for current, discontinued and legacy modules from a wide variety of manufacturers, we don't just rely on simply swapping out defective components.

We also replace components that are close to wearing out as a preventive measure. Furthermore, we exclusively use new and approved parts and components to ensure the lasting quality of the repaired module. The modules are professionally cleaned and thoroughly dried before each repair.

On this page, we’d like to show you a few examples* of the over 500,000 successful repairs we’ve completed up to now, to give you a closer look at our overhauling measures.

Before/after comparisons of our product overhaul on a Siemens Simodrive E/R module

For all repairs, we use defined overhaul packages that reflect our promise of quality in every single module, such as the Siemens Simodrive E/R module 6SN1145 shown here as an example. Along with original components, we use enhanced components if parts can no longer be procured due to discontinued products. Within the context of quality management we can thus guarantee the required product safety by always adhering to the safety guidelines during every repair.
