Thanks to our close collaborations with manufacturers, demonstrated by partner statuses such as the "Bosch Rexroth Service Point", we can provide you with consistently high quality standards. This is particularly beneficial for the repairs we complete, during which components approved by the manufacturer or legislator are used. Within the context of quality management we can thus guarantee the required product safety by always adhering to the safety guidelines during every repair.

Thanks to the extensive experience we have gained repairing CNC, PLC and robotic automation technology we can also help you with legacy products or ones that have long been discontinued. Our experience is also reflected in the fact that we sometimes use components that are better than the manufacturer's during repairs. You thus benefit from a great economic advantage as you can continue to use your electronic modules far beyond their actual date of discontinuation.

All of the services provided under the BVS brand name are certified. On this basis, we will continue to develop additional innovative services and programs for you in the future.

In addition to adhering to quality directives and environmental standards, we allow ourselves to be measured against the quality standards of the manufacturers. Due to the health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, we use original components approved by the manufacturer or legislator for our repairs. Components discontinued by the manufacturer or that are no longer available are analysed as part of the reverse engineering process and replaced by currently available and approved technology.

In addition, our internal testing lab always works in strict adherence with ISO TS16949 / VDA 6.4.
In accordance with our high standards, we, for example, ensure receipt of the type examination certificate, the CE standard, the UL quality mark and many more, enabling us to guarantee the validity of your operating licence after every repair.

Adhesion

Components are often glued in place instead of soldered. This approach is faster and cheaper. However, components attached in this way are not safe. A perfect connection cannot be guaranteed.

Art instead of quality

Every now and then, very simple solutions are found for very complex tasks. As nice as these solutions are, they are not permissible and pose a hazard to humans and the machine.

Perforation

The housing, key foils and switching matrix have been perforated when fastening the screws. The intended function of individual keys can therefore no longer be guaranteed. The protection class is also no longer guaranteed.

Faulty insulation

Cables have been installed incorrectly, generating pressure points so that the cable isolation has subsequently worn through. The danger to humans and the machine increases and a failure is likely.

Loose connection

As the component has not been soldered correctly this will result in a loose connection. The component can then not be implemented reliably, the risk of consequential damage to other components increases uncontrollably and the safety of the machine operators is not guaranteed.

Uncleaned soldering points

Soldering points that have not been cleaned will damage the surface of the circuit board. Predictable production can thus no longer be guaranteed and the probability of consequential damage to other components and danger for machine operators increases.

Manual wiring

The following provides an example of a manually wired, non-original replacement part. If connections are not secured, contact will be lost. The machine is likely to fail.

Negligent bridging

Grossly negligent approach by bridging the faulty basic material.
