Join BVS and become a future expert following you training as an E-Commerce sales agent. Do you know your way around the digital world and do you also have excellent numerical skills? Then join us on an exciting journey and discover the purchasing departments of tomorrow... There are many ways we can reach our customers digitally – our main focus is the online shop. From online marketing through to the presentation of goods and a safe payment system – you will design the purchasing options. You will work with colleagues from the Sales/E-Commerce, Marketing and Purchasing departments to select the products for the online shop. To monitor the success, you will collate key figures, such as the page views and sales campaigns, and evaluate them. The variety of tasks will help you to quickly become an E-Commerce professional.
You will work with colleagues to develop online products and services. Your main focus will always be the customer.
What online sales channels are best for which measures? You will develop a decision-making basis to ensure the right solutions are selected.
As a numerically minded person, you will identify important key figures, such as page views and sales campaigns, and will draw the right conclusions.
You will develop basic economic principles and will learn how contracts for online goods and services are initiated and concluded.
Other fields of study will include project work, customer communication and online marketing
Vocational diploma or general qualification for university entrance
Keen interest in digital media
Interested in online marketing and E-commerce
Excellent German, mathematics and English skills
Sense of initiative, committed, independent, target-oriented approach to learning and working
Highly flexible, motivated, excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
Training period: 3 years, shorter training period if prerequisites are met
Training location: Various BVS departments at the Technology Park in Hanau-Wolfgang, Germany
Final exam conducted by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK)
