History of BVS since 1987

  • The BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH is being transformed into BVS Electronics GmbH.
  • The company is the legal successor to BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH with all rights and obligations.
  • The management, led by the Bätz family, remains unchanged.

  • Introduction of the REMAN+ & Long Life Service for products of ECODRIVE03 and DIAX04 series from Bosch Rexroth

  • As of 01.07.2018, BVS Electronics GmbH is an official service partner of SEW-EURODRIVE GmbH & Co. KG. With the new, long-term partnership and subsequent closer and more direct cooperation with the manufacturer, our customers can look forward to optimised services centred around the entire product portfolio of SEW-EURODRIVE.


  • BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH is the first and only BOSCH REXROTH Service Point in the maintenance sector.
  • Following CNC and PLC, ROBOT automation technology has been included in the product portfolio as the third technology field. Product overhaul repairs as well as replacement and spare parts for KUKA KCP2 and KCP4 will be available with immediate effect.

  • BVS Industrie-Elektronik is extending the company building to create a larger workspace for existing and new employees. In addition to the construction of a new workshop spread across 2000 m², we are also developing new, modern offices increasing the total operational area to 14,000 m². This equates to the size of two football fields.

  • BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH expands its range of test stands and can now also repair and test modules manufactured by Heller.
  • Introduction of the 24/7 hotline.

  • BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH celebrates its 25th anniversary as a company and extends the capacity of its workshop and warehouse.
  • Florian Bätz, the designated successor, becomes the General Manager and is responsible for the strategic development of the company.

  • BVS Industrie-Elektronik GmbH celebrates its 20th anniversary as a company and is continuously expanding its repair capacities.

  • The AdministrationWorkshop and Logistics departments will be moving to the new company base at the Technology Park in Hanau-Wolfgang, Germany.
