We are committed to developing collaborations with our experienced partners of many years. We cooperate with renowned companies and institutions to meet the requirements of our customers and employees.
The durability of modules is particularly important to many customers in the industrial electronics sector. However, after a few years they are discontinued by the manufacturer and components required for repairs are no longer available. We therefore work with renowned institutes, such as the SGS Institut Fresenius as well as regional training centres, such as Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences to try and develop the best possible replacements for such components. Within the context of the reverse engineering process, old components are analysed and replaced with up-to-date and approved technology. This ensures that the product service life during daily operation can be increased.
In order to optionally adapt our entire product and service portfolio to the current industry and customer requirements at national and international markets, we are a proud partner of the VDMA, the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association. We would like to use this platform as an information and exchange platform with other medium-sized industrial companies and institutions from politics and society in order to be well prepared for future (technological) challenges.
Specialist theoretical knowledge is also important for our company's internal processes. We offer our apprentices, students and employees a wide range of training and further education. We are able to implement this with the help of our collaborative partners who not only offer apprenticeships and part-time courses run in parallel to employment but also implement seminars that are tailored to the interests of our employees.
Since 2006, BVS is thus an official IHK training company offering part-time training and further education options that can be completed while employed in addition to many recognised apprenticeships. Students benefit from the cooperations established with the Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences in Friedberg, the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt or the accadis business school in Bad Homburg.
Continuous training and further education is also available to all employees via "Career & more" or a correspondence course can be completed via the SGD in Darmstadt. Thanks to these cooperations, BVS employees have the opportunity to "train as a trainer" or complete additional training to become a business or commercial specialist. We have built up a longstanding and close partnership with the Behinderten-Werk Main-Kinzig (BWMK).
